This is Sugar! Shes a new original character of mine I created recently in celebration of Christmas and the Holidays! I am extremely happy with how she turned out! For character information, as you can tell she loves to bake, especially sweet treats! I also have played around with the idea that people can hear her from a while away because of all of the bells she wears as a part of her outfit, this would make her very easy to find in a store, though surprisingly she tends to get lost very easily.
When I created Sugar I actually did it unintentionally, sometimes I love to just draw in my sketchbook with no expectations for myself, I try to keep my brain empty and just have fun, this creates a lot of character designs that will never see the light but sometimes it also creates something super fun that I eventually turn into a polished design!
Remember to take time to just have fun! There is no need to be super stressed about creating something amazing ever single time you put pencil to paper! Let your hand just move and see what you come up with!
