I decided to draw a picture of what I would want the cover to look like for a universe I created called “Love Letters” if I were to ever make it a comic! It’s main characters are Allison and Emmett. I’ve drawn Allison quite a bit in the past but this is the first ever finished drawing of Emmett! For those of you who don’t know, Love Letters so far is a universe that have Cupids hidden among the people as well as Heart-breakers (filler name for now), The Cupids are always in an ongoing battle to help humans find love in all sorts of places.
Allison was born a human and then was given the opportunity to be a cupid after a bakery she worked at was passed down to her from the old couple (who mysteriously disappeared oooo spooky) who owned it. Now she strives to learn the ways of the cupid world and spread love and kindness through her bakery. She does struggle quite a bit to get her footing in the beginning and isn’t welcome by a lot of the cupids, but don’t worry, she’ll find some great friends along the way!
Emmett is a full blooded cupid. He’s very skilled in combat, moody, arrogant, and cocky. Though, deep down he may or may not have a bit of a soft spot for cake… He doesn’t like Allison very much and they but heads a lot but because of his brother (who is becomes friends with Allison) he is forced to hang around her. That is at least one thing they have in common in the beginning (besides just both their love for cake), even though he was born and raised in the cupid world he is considered an outcast just like Allison is.
I hope y’all like my little ramble! This drawing was so much fun to make, I hope to draw them some more when I get a break from my studies!
